1. Shipping Destinations and Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, Innofique will not ship to the following:
● Prohibited Locations:Military addresses (APO, FPO, or DPO).
○ Countries or regions with active conflict or war, including Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia.
○ Sanctioned or restricted countries, including Sudan, South Sudan, North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and Crimea.
We reserve the right to update this list of restricted destinations based on international regulations or logistical constraints. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact our Customer Service team at innofique@gmail.com before placing your order.
2. Shipping Rates and Methods
We provide flexible shipping options tailored to your location and preferences. All shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method, destination, and total order value.

Important Notes
● Standard Shipping: Available for most regions. Delivery times vary based on your location.
● Express Shipping: Faster delivery options available for most countries, excluding P.O. Boxes and military addresses.
● Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping worldwide for orders over $100 USD. For orders under $100 USD, the rates above apply.
If your country is not listed or you are unsure about shipping costs, the exact rate will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
3. Order Processing Times
● Standard Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
● Peak Periods: During high-demand periods, such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and holiday sales, processing may take up to 72 hours.
● Orders containing multiple items may take additional time if the items are stored in different warehouses.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery time varies based on the shipping method and destination. Please note that the total delivery time includes both processing time (see Section 3) and shipping time (see Section 2).
Factors That May Affect Delivery
● Customs clearance in the destination country.
● Local holidays or unforeseen courier delays (e.g., weather disruptions).
For time-sensitive orders, we recommend selecting Express Shipping.
5. Customs Duties and Taxes
● Import Duties and Taxes: International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total at checkout.
● Customs Processing Delays: Customs clearance can delay delivery times, particularly during peak seasons. Please contact your local customs office for more details regarding import regulations.
Innofique is not responsible for any customs-related charges or delays.
6. Tracking Your Order
After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number allows you to monitor your package’s progress in real time.
Tracking Instructions:
1. Follow the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
2. Visit the carrier’s website (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) and enter your tracking number.
Please Note: Tracking information may take up to 12 hours to update after dispatch.
If you encounter issues with tracking or delivery, contact the shipping carrier first. For unresolved issues, email us at innofique@gmail.com, and we’ll assist further.
7. Shipping Issues
7.1 Late Deliveries
If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe:
● First, check your tracking information to determine the status of your shipment.
● If the package is delayed due to courier or customs issues, please allow additional time before contacting us.
We strive to assist with all delays but cannot accept responsibility for courier-related or customs-related issues beyond our control.
7.2 Lost or Misdelivered Packages
● If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, contact the shipping carrier immediately. They may require additional information to locate the package.
● If the carrier is unable to resolve the issue, please contact us at innofique@gmail.com, and we will help investigate further.
7.3 Returned to Sender
Packages returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to pay customs duties will incur additional shipping fees if reshipped.
8. Shipping Restrictions
● Prohibited Locations: We do not deliver to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), sanctioned countries, or active war zones (e.g., Ukraine, Belarus, Russia).
● P.O. Boxes: Express shipping is not available to P.O. Box addresses.
9. Insurance
All orders are insured against loss or damage during transit until they are marked as delivered by the carrier. Once delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.
